Early Registration
The deadline for early registration is June 1, 2007, to take advantage of the special registration rate.

If you have not received confirmation of your registration by June 11th, please contact the PDCA office at 866-990-2226.

Hotel
Meeting attendees are responsible for hotel reservations.  The Omni Bayfront Hotel – Corpus Christi phone number is 800-843-6664.  The reservation code is Painting Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA).  The room rate is $129.00 per night, single or double occupancy.  The room block has been set for June 14 – 15 – 16, 2007.  Cut-off date for
room rate is Friday, June 1st.

Education Seminar*
“Killer Clauses in Contracts”
Richard Thomas, Attorney with the Dallas firm of Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen will be presenting a seminar titled “Killer Clauses in Contracts”.  This seminar is designed to inform contractors on the latest language that is appearing in construction contracts.  Language
modification and risk assessment of clauses are part of  the presentation.  Mr. Thomas is a leading authority in construction contract law and has devoted his efforts to issues that affect specialty subcontractors.

*PDCA Contractor College credit for this course is 1 hour.

Summer afternoons in Corpus Christi offer a large variety of activities.  The PDCA will be offering a fishing tournament, sight seeing is a key attraction of the area. The Texas State Aquarium, Padre Island, golf, and parasailing are only a short list of activities available during your weekend visit.
